Shiv Nadar is an Indian IT pioneer who founded HCL in 1976. According to Forbes, he is the third wealthiest person in India. He leads HCL Tech, a $ 9.9 billion global organization with more than 153,000 professionals from 50 countries, India’s third-largest IT services company. He is also the Chief Strategy Officer of HCL Tech. Under Shiv’s leadership, HCL has grown significantly and is riding the wave of a changing IT environment for over 40 years. Shiv is also the owner of Padma Bhushan, which was awarded to him in 2008.
His real-time net worth is $ 24 billion. Shiv’s nickname is Magus, and he is called by his friends. In the mid-1990s he began to focus on the Indian education system through the Shiv Foundation. The company currently employs more than 150,000 people worldwide.

Early life and education.
Sibunadar was born in 1945 in the village of Muraioji (about 10 km from Tiruchendur in the Tutskudi district of Tamil Nadu, India). His father’s name was Sivasubramaniya Nadar and his mother’s name was Vamasundari Devi. His sister’s name is SP Aditanal, the founder of the newspaper Dina Tanti.
He completed his schooling at Town Higher Secondary School in Kumbakonam. He also attended Madurai’s Elango Corporation High School. He later enrolled in Tracy’s St. Joseph Boys High School and completed his high school journey. Shiv has a pre-university degree from American College Madurai. After graduating from Coimbatore’s PSG College of Technology in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, he began his career at Walchand Group Engineering College in Pune.
His career
He soon left university. SHIV has a partnership with his colleagues and his friends, these partners are Ajai Chowdhury (Exchange Man, HCL), Arjun Malhotra (CEO and President, Headstrong), Subhash Arora, Yogesh Vaidya, S. Raman, Mahendra Pratap, and DS PURI.
His business trip is to a group that sells digital computers. He then established a company HCL with 187,000 rupees in 1976.
